SEAWA’s 12th Annual General Meeting - June 13, 2019

We would like to invite all SEAWA members to join us at our 12th Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2019. Guests are also welcome to attend, but if you are not currently a member, and you live, work, and enjoy outdoor recreation within our watershed, we encourage you to become a member!

This year there are thirteen board seats open for election. AGM business will also include the Chair's report, the annual financial report, an update on SEAWA's Riparian Restoration Project, and the ratification of an amendment to the Board of Directors Terms of Reference. If you intend to run for a seat on the board, please complete the Nomination Form and Membership Application Form posted on our website.

The following seats are open for election:

o   Land Resource, Industry – One seat

o   Licensee Member, Irrigator – One seat

o   Licensee Member, Non-Irrigator – One seat

o   Municipal Government, Urban – Two seats

o   Environmental Non-Government Organizations – One seat

o   Provincial Government – Two seats

o   Federal Government – One seat

o   Members-at-Large – Two seats

o   Aboriginal – One seat

o   Academic Institutions – One seat
